When communicating with HBIO's Technical Services teams, you will often be asked to provide the Catalog Number and Serial Number. This information is always required when submitting a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), and often required to confirm the support status of your product.

To find your serial number label please see the following examples. It is most often along the same surface of the power supply/power cord.

Example:

When facing your BTX Generator the product label is on the back-fan side of the unit.

Turn unit 180degrees to back. 

Product label is clearly labeled with Catalog No and Serial No.
