Protocol Manager which can be found for download (linked here) can be used to upload log files of your experiments. This is a very useful step for understanding if your machine is working well. This step should be down AFTER connecting your device to your computer and properly installing the device drivers. Once your unit has been properly connected to your computer and you have downloaded the protocol manager you can use the protocol manager to upload your files.

1. Open the Protocol Manager

2. Select Pulse Data

3. Select your files and folders of interest and hit transfer

Note: Files are saved as tabs delimited text files. They can be opened with any common text editor like Notepad or by using a spreadsheet software.
