On-site Annual Service Plan Options

At BTX, we offer three main levels of service plans for your electroporation/electrofusion system, the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plans. All three plans include an in-house all-inclusive repair should your system need it during the period of coverage. Pre-scheduled on-site IQ/OQ or OQ will include all parts, labor, and travel costs.

• Factory trained Field Service Engineers will provide on-site IQ/OQ or OQ service at your facility
• All travel and labor is included
• Factory certified parts included
• IQ/OQ or OQ will be provided and scheduled at your convenience
• In-house calibration and in-house repair will be performed at the Holliston, MA factory

Customized Service Solutions

As an alternative to the service plans above, collaborating closely with you, we'll craft a tailored plan addressing your unique service requirements. Customized options encompass periodic operational qualification, preventive maintenance visits, or comprehensive site coverage.

• Installation For instruments needing installation, a Harvard Bioscience trained Field Service Engineer will provide on-site service for proper setup, assembly, and testing.
• In-house calibration

If requiring a calibration, systems are shipped to the Holliston, MA factory, where they will be re-calibrated before being returned to you.

• IQ/OQ or OQ (Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification or Operational Qualification) A Harvard Bioscience trained Field Service Engineer will provide IQ/OQ or OQ services employing factory designed protocols. You can be assured of proper instrument qualification.
• Repair Service When repair service is required, reach out to Harvard Bioscience Technical Support, who will assess your system's application and functionality. A service quotation will be provided based on current repair rates. The system will be received in the Holliston, MA factory for testing and repair, before being returned to you.
