Returning Equipment for Repair or Calibration Under Contract
Customers returning their equipment for repair or calibration under contract are afforded priority returns status.
Here are the standard turn around times once equipment is received at an approved repair depot.
Plan | In House Repair Time |
Standard | 30 business days in house |
Silver | 10 business days in house |
Gold | 6 business days in house |
Platinum | 3 business days in house |
To return your equipment under contract please fill out an RMA request found HERE.
And indicate your level of contract: Platinum, Gold, or Silver.
If possible including your contract order number will expediate processing.
